Component Wiring Instructions
Tools required for installation: 4 flat-blade screwdrivers and Phillips screwdrivers.
Open the PV junction box cover: Insert the M4 flat-blade screwdriver into the installation hole on the box cover according to the marking on the junction box, lift one foot gently, and then lift the four corners of the side first to open the lid. Inside the box is a wiring cover that lifts up to reveal the three wiring terminals.
Wiring of the battery board: There are positive and negative signs next to the left and right terminals, which represent the positive and negative poles of the output voltage of the battery in working state. The positive pole is connected to the positive pole according to the electricity demand, and the negative pole is connected to the negative pole. The wiring adopts the mechanical compression method. Use an M4 Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the compression screw of the terminal. After peeling the wire, pass it through the G7 cable sealing connector, insert it into the wiring hole, and press the wire tightly. After the wires are connected, cover the protective cover, use an M4 Phillips screwdriver to screw the self-tapping screws into the screw holes, and then cover the junction box cover after fixing to complete the wiring of the battery board.
Grounding of the battery board: There is a grounding screw installed on the back of the battery board, and the grounding wire can be safely grounded by fixing the grounding wire on the grounding screw.
